Reader Review of Kismet:

Kismet offers a unique, intimate life story of Liz and Tony, a loving young couple, blessed at first with the ecstasy of romance and life in exotic corners of the world. Their lives take a shattering turn, however, with the diagnosis of Tony's Alzheimer's followed by his long slide down into darkness. Kismet reads like a play where the curtain opens and you are in the first row watching the lives of a fortunate couple leading an unusual and exhilarating life and then, in the third act, watching how they deal with extraordinary fear, loneliness, uncertainty and pain. Liz was an extraordinary care-giver and is a gifted play-wright.
